Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set forth the conditions and procedures for using the services, including 3D printing quotation, made-to-order production and payment (the "Services"), provided on the website (main.4dmixx.com) operated by 4DMIXX Co., Ltd. (the "Company"), as well as the rights and obligations of the Company and members.

Article 2 (Membership Registration)

1. Membership registration is completed when the user logs in with a Naver, Kakao or Google account and agrees to these Terms and to the collection and use of personal information.
2. Members must enter accurate information when registering and must update it on My Page if any changes occur.

Article 3 (Services)

1. Instant Quote: An estimated price is calculated based on the size and volume of the uploaded 3D model. Instant quotes are for reference only, and the final quote may vary depending on geometry, post-processing, quantity and lead time.
2. Saved Quotes: Members may save instant quotes and model files for use in inquiries and orders. The number and size of files that can be saved per member may be limited.
3. Online Orders: Both members and guests may upload 3D files and place orders and payments for fixed-price products or at the Instant 3D Quote price. Products are manufactured after payment and shipped via Lotte Express, and shipping, exchanges and refunds are governed by the Shipping, Exchange and Refund Policy.
4. Personal Payment: Orders confirmed through consultation are paid via a payment link sent by the Company.
5. MIXXIO: Members may log in to the Company's MIXXIO (ai3d.4dmixx.com) with the same account to create 3D models from photos and images. MIXXIO credits are separate from MIXX points, and the conditions for purchasing and using credits are shown on the MIXXIO screens.

Article 4 (Withdrawal of Orders for Made-to-Order Products)

Products manufactured by the Company are individually made to order according to the member's request (drawings and specifications). Accordingly, pursuant to Article 17(2)6 of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, withdrawal of an order due to a simple change of mind is restricted once production has begun. Orders may be cancelled at any time before production begins, with a full refund. If the product differs from the order or has a manufacturing defect, the Company will remake the product or issue a refund within 3 months from the date of receipt (or within 30 days from the date on which the member became aware, or could have become aware, of such fact).

Article 5 (Obligations of Members)

1. Members must not upload, or request the production of, files that infringe the intellectual property rights of others, or files for items whose manufacture is prohibited by law (such as firearms and swords).
2. Members retain the rights to, and bear responsibility for, the files they upload. The Company does not use members' files for any purpose other than quotation and production.

Article 6 (Withdrawal of Membership)

Members may withdraw their membership at any time on My Page. Upon withdrawal, member information, saved quote files and any remaining MIXX points are deleted immediately, while payment and contract records that must be retained by law are kept for the prescribed period and then destroyed.

Article 7 (MIXX Points)

1. The Company grants members reward points called "MIXX." 1 MIXX is equivalent to 1 KRW and may be deducted from the payment amount when paying via the Company's personal payment page. MIXX points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other members.
2. Earning Criteria
   • Membership registration: 1,000 MIXX (not granted if the member re-registers with the same account after withdrawal)
   • Visits: 10 MIXX per day for visiting the site while logged in (10 MIXX even if visiting multiple times in one day; up to 100 MIXX per month; based on Korea Standard Time)
   • Order payment: Once payment is completed, points equal to the actual payment amount (excluding the portion paid with points) multiplied by the earning rate for the applicable tier below are granted (fractions below 1 MIXX are discarded).
3. Membership tiers are determined by the number of completed paid orders, regardless of payment amount, and the earning rate for each order depends on that order's position in the member's order count.

4. All points expire if not used within 1 month from the date they are granted. When points are used, those closest to their expiration date are deducted first, and members can check their balance and upcoming expiration dates on My Page.
5. If a payment is cancelled or refunded, the points used for that order are returned (usable for 1 month from the date of return), and the points granted for that order are reclaimed and the order is excluded from the order count. If the points to be reclaimed have already been used, only as many points as can be reclaimed from the remaining balance will be reclaimed.
6. Points obtained by fraudulent means (registration under another person's name, exploitation of system errors, etc.) may be reclaimed.
7. The Company may change the criteria for granting points; any change unfavorable to members will be announced on the site at least 7 days before it takes effect. The expiration dates of points already granted will not be changed.

Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)

The Company is not liable for damages caused by natural disasters, reasons attributable to the member, or errors in files provided by the member. Members must verify for themselves whether prototypes are suitable for their intended use.

Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)

Disputes relating to the use of the Services shall be resolved through good-faith consultation between the Company and the member. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be brought before the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.

Addendum

These Terms take effect on October 16, 2026.
