4DMIXX produces made-to-order 3D printed parts from the 3D files (drawings) you upload and ships them to you by courier. Please be sure to review the information below before ordering.
1. Products and Prices

- Fixed-price products can be ordered from Online Order, and all other models from the “Order Now” button in Instant 3D Quote. The payment amount is determined after the server re-checks the uploaded file, and the final amount is displayed on the payment screen.
- For orders of 10 or more pieces, 1,000,000 KRW or more, special materials, or post-processing (painting, plating, etc.), please Get a Quote; the price confirmed through consultation is paid via a personal payment link.
2. Ordering and Payment
- Your order is received once you upload a 3D file (STL or OBJ), enter the recipient, contact number, email address and shipping address, and agree to the notices. You can order without registering as a member.
- Payment is made on the Toss Payments Co., Ltd. payment page by credit or debit card, bank transfer, or easy payment. Card information is not stored by 4DMIXX.
- Unpaid orders expire automatically after 7 days. If you need a tax invoice or cash receipt, please let our customer service know.
3. Shipping

4. Order Cancellation and Withdrawal of Order
- You may cancel at any time before production begins and receive a full refund. Please contact our customer service.
- All products are made-to-order products individually manufactured from your files. Pursuant to Article 17(2)6 of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, cancellations, returns and exchanges due to a simple change of mind are restricted once production has begun. This is notified, and your consent obtained, on the order form and payment screen.
- If our review of your file shows that it is difficult to print (insufficient thickness, surface errors, etc.) or that specification changes are required, we will contact you before production begins, and if you do not wish to proceed, we will issue a full refund.
5. Defects and Incorrect Deliveries — Exchanges and Refunds
- If the product you receive differs from your order, or is damaged or defective, we will remake it or issue a refund within 3 months from the date of receipt, or within 30 days from the date on which you became aware, or could have become aware, of such fact (Article 17(3) of the same Act). For prompt handling, please notify us with photos within 7 days of receipt.
- In this case, 4DMIXX bears the shipping costs for the return and reshipment. Contact us and we will arrange a Lotte Express return pickup for you.
- The following are not considered defects: dimensional deviations of approximately ±0.2mm inherent to SLA printing, marks from support removal, color variations inherent to the resin, and geometric errors in your own file.

6. Refund Method
- Refunds are made by cancelling the payment through the original payment method. Card refunds are received within 3–7 business days after cancellation depending on the card issuer, and bank transfer and easy payment refunds within 1–3 business days.
- MIXX points used for payment will be returned, and points earned from that order will be reclaimed.
